Method
- Add hot water (I heat mine in this electric tea kettle.) and matcha powder and honey to a blender. If you're serving it cold, add the nut milk in too.
- Blend until frothy and pour over ice.
- If you want to serve it hot, leave the nut milk out of the blender and just blend the water, matcha, honey and a splash of nut milk until fully incorporated. Pour into a large mug.
- Heat and froth the rest of the nut milk (I use this frother.), then pour over the matcha. You can also warm the milk in a saucepan or the microwave, then froth it with a little handheld frother.
