Beer Bread
This is the easiest, quickest loaf of bread everrrrrr. It can be used for toast, sandwiches, french toast, soup bread - you name it, it works.

- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- 12 oz IPA beer
- 4 tbsp butter browned
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat until browned. Pour half of it into a standard loaf pan + tilt pan all around to lightly grease all sides.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder + sea salt. Stir in honey + beer, just until incorporated. Pour into loaf pan + even out the top.
Brush remaining butter over the top + bake about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Turn the loaf out onto a rack to cool, then slice + DEVOUR.
